This proposal seeks to be forceful and efficient: to design a representative building of the brand under the premise of a 'net-zero' building, while achieving a pleasant space to work despite of the industrial environment in which the project is located.
By semi-burying the work area, it is possible to control the north face of the building, at the same time that it is visually and acoustically isolated from the manufacturing environment, opening to the south orientation with vegetation. The new offices open to a garden in which the seasonal changes in light and vegetation are perceived, where well-being achieves greater efficiency at work. In turn, the general work floor is intercepted by patios in order to provide ventilation and natural lighting throughout the year. These patios also have shading and water spray systems to control the outside temperature in the hottest period, lowering the immediate outside temperature of the offices.
